Tried this place today and it is all around wonderful! Friendly and welcoming staff and delicious food. The catfish is the best I've had in years! Tacos were amazing and so were the tamales! The portions were great too. We will definitely be eating here more often!
A fun couple of brothers own this place and have great variety of tamales. They even gave us first time visitors a piece of their famous spice blueberry cake. The portions are huge! My wife and I loved it!
I had a great experience at Good Gollie Tamale Restaurant! The place is spotless, and the owner is warm and welcoming. As a simple guy, I crave a solid double cheeseburger grilled to perfection with a generous side of fries during my lunch break, and this spot delivered. The staff were all smiles, the restrooms were clean, and the classic country music created a cozy, old-school Texas vibe. I'll definitely swing by again when I'm working in town!
