This Jack in the Box is the best fast food restaurant in Van Alstyne. Their food is always fresh and tasty. They never get your order wrong and they always have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve lived here 16 years and have never had an issue with them.

You off a travelers highway, so your window advertisement means a lot you have the fish sandwich advertised for $2.99 on a big poster in your window but you don't have them anymore just take the sign down

Past through drive thru. Food was very good. Nice and hot as it should be. Drive thru person. Was very kind and polite. Clean drive thru a bit tight getting out bit manageable

First and last time to JITB. Got my order wrong thru the drive thru then had to drive around and park to wait 10 minutes for the order. Should have known better since no one was there. Fries were ok but was looking forward to trying their version of the Big Mac. Not sure how you can screw this up one and done.

Good fast food options with excellent service. We were able to have our choice of breakfast or lunch options when most other places didn't offer breakfast choices or were closed on Sundays. Nina hosted us with excellent service, tending to our requests. As we ate at our table, we watched her treat everyone with kindness. I know it's just a Jack N the Box. But nowadays it's hard to find good service anywhere
