I came here for breakfast at 8:30 AM. Stood at the register.for 30 minutes and didn't get any service. I walked out at 8:55. It's all around bad experience and super slow beyond super. Slow will not be back to this establishment.

I ordered 28 tacos (clarified & verified twice at the intercom and once at the window) for my family of 7, I get home in Sherman and have 13 tacos and looked at the receipt which shows 13 (2) orders. I’ve never experienced receiving an odd number of tacos from any jack ever.After a 14 hour day I was looking to relax instead I’m writing this review waiting for tacos at another locations

I went to jack in the box on 12/11/23. When I went in I was meet with awesome customer service from Harris B. Every single time I come in he gives awesome customer service. He makes sure all the food items are in there, make sure there is plenty of sauce and it always gets it to me pretty quick. There was even one time he made my shake and put it back into the freezer so it doesn't melt while the rest of my food gets ready. I will keep coming to this location because of him.

Best Milkshake I have ever had! From the first greeting over the speaker in the drive thru to paying for and getting my strawberry shake. I had an unbelievably pleasant guest experience. I didn't feel like the crew was merely trying to beat the drive-thru clock. But my order, a mere milkshake, was important, and by proxy, so was I. I'll definitely be back the next time I find myself passing thru the area.

I didn't actually go in. I parked next door for awhile. I like their food generally but I haven't been there in awhile. Next time I go by I will stop for lunch.That was last time. I stopped there tonight and updated my review. Thank you to the manager who was working feverishly to cover the big orders that came in while I was there.
