This photo is of Van Alstyne, a cute little town of less that 7,000 in Collin County, Texas. There is a rural feel and there are little houses as well as some remnants of maybe the frontier days. I felt safe walking around and like most other parts of northern Texas I'd been to, people were kind and friendly. And helpful.

Place was amazingly good. Food was on point, restaurant was clean, and it was pretty quick. Had an All Meat sub, shrimp Alfredo, and a large pepperoni. All were great.

Excellent local pizza! I would choose Romano's over any pizza chain restaurant. The calzone is my favorite item on the menu. We usually get our food to go. It is always ready on time and hot.
