My niece and I drove to Sonic to get my 17 year niece some sundaes because she had her wisdom teeth removed. The sweetest young lady, Chloe brought us the Sundaes with a note and coupon for my niece. The note said she wished her a speedy recover and that her sundaes were made with love. This Sonic has now captured my loyalty especially since the other 2 that are near us struggle with quality and service. Kudos to this young lady. Bring in the business of leading teams, I hope she is recognized and appreciated!!!! Great job Chloe!!! The little things mean everything!!
I have never had a bad experience at Van Alstynes Sonic location if anything they need to all get a raise! They’re always quick, always have a smile, and go the extra mile with seasonal stickers and even if you only order a drink they bring you a classic Sonic mint on top. Best Sonic I have ever been to!

This location has had its troubles in the past but I have to say they have turned it around and improved a lot. Placed an online order, checked-in at our spot and the car hop came out with our order quickly and was very polite.
