The food was cold, had to take most of it back in to get hot food, and nickel and dime for you sauces, etc. Staff friendly, however I would find somewhere else to go, you would think they would better appreciate the truckers and not charge for everything little things except ketchup.

We ate in and food was nice and hot. It's worth mentioning that it was slow at that time. It got busy later on and I did observe some orders being done incorrectly. They happily fixed it but it's good to double check your order(s). Inside was nice and clean. They are connected to a gas station so the bathrooms were nice and clean.

Manager needs to learn customer service. Learn to be kind. When you have customer in front of you. Acknowledge them. I was in restaurant Buisness for 25 years. I made my money and pay my bills. If I did what folks today are doing. I be homeless. Do better.
Waited almost 30 minutes for our food and it still came out wrong. We ordered 6 plain burgers and they all had everything on them. The worker at the drive through had an attitude when we asked for ketchup as well. Horrible experience! People were just standing around and not even working. Multiple people were complaining while I was there as well!
