Great customer service, and the food is consistently a good value for the price. Lots of deals and coupons to be had to reward customers. Always friendly, and we'll continue to frequent the establishment. Detroit style is certainly not the best, but other styles are very good compared to the competition.

This is a mixed bag for me. The delivery is very fast which is good. I decided to order the cauliflower crust and the first couple of pizzas I got were delicious. The best pizza of all the delivery places in the area, but the last couple of pizzas were not as good. It seems like the crust was overcooked. My husband even ordered another pizza for me but it was the same. I’m sad, I really want the yummy and delicious pizza I got before.

A friend ordered breadsticks here, specifically gluten-free breadsticks and they were in fact, not gluten-free. I understand if that is a dietary specification many restaurants cannot abide by 100% but if that is the case, please disclose this verbally and ensure that the customer is aware that there is a risk of cross contamination of any kind.
It is absolutely unacceptable that this meal was confidently labelled gluten-free and merely an hour later, we had to take measures to manage her allergic reaction. Negligence like this can cause harm so I would hope from here on out, you properly inform your employees of what questions to ask and information to gather when a customer requests gluten-free food.
If it is not something you can safely offer, please disclose this within the restaurant for both gluten intolerances and allergies. Otherwise, this will certainly not be on our list to revisit but I would like to inform others of the risks if they prefer or require gluten-free meals.

We have ordered from this mr jim’s a dozen times and usually they’re pretty good but tonight we got a pizza with a clear slice taken out of it so I called to try and either get a credit or SOMETHING and they pretty much just made it seem like we were trying to scam a pizza out of them so we won’t be ordering from them anymore.
