I would give negative stars if possible. Sat in the drive thru menu speaker for over 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, so I assumed it wasn’t working. Pulled up to the window and the jack wagon told us we didn’t wait long enough and had to go back around. Horrible service, sub par food from previous experiences. Going a little further down the road to Midlo or Alvarado is recommended.

These people are always friendly. The food is great.. The Drive thru even gave me a heads up on when the BOGO Chili Cheese Dogs are active.

My wife and myself and our child drive to sonic to each get a meal. When we got home mine was wrong. They had put mayo, lettuce and tomato in a chillie cheese burger. I tried to call several times but only got the automated service so I drove up to sonic with my food. A young man came out to see my food and said that he was sorry and the cook didn’t know how to make it. Ok fine, let’s fix it. He said he would replace the burger. I said there are chillin cheese fries in the bag as well. He stammered at that as if there was an issue. He asked if they were wrong too. I said no they are not but it’s a meal and I’d like to eat it all together fresh. He agreed but when I asked for the soda to be replaced he said not without the cup. I told him I dropped the cup and it was broken and he said he couldn’t do anything without the cup. So I then had to drive all the way back home and return a third time with the broken cup I had to dig out of the trash. I definitely did not want food from them at this point. I felt I could very well expect my food to be spit in and I told him exactly that as I asked for my money back.
I am absolutely appalled at the way I was treated. My meal was flat out wrong and I had to argue just to get my money back. I own a local business myself and I would never treat my customers like that.

It sucks. Ratio of drinks sucks. They get my order wrong almost every time. Forget stuff in my order. Honestly, they should just shut this location down.

My 1st time trying the chicken fried steak burger wasn't all I expected but it was ok. Not saying I wouldn't order it again just saying it could have been better. Would I order it again, YES I would hoping it would be better than the 1st.

Just tried to order a large sweet tea at this location while traveling through. Drive through speaker had been obviously hit by a car. Lady attendant working drive thru at 3:05 pm this day could not be heard as her headset had static and was hard to hear her. She kept saying that I needed to speak up that there was nothing wrong with her speaker or headset. I asked her if I could pull up and order at the window since she couldn’t hear me. She said no that I needed to speak up! Very rude and awful customer service. I drove away and went to a better location with a working speaker and headset. This location needs to be checked on by management/owner. Maybe new batteries in the headset and customer service training for your rude employee.
