I came in at 8:30pm wanting to order dinner for me and my husband. The guy was very rude and didn't want to take my order. He said "we are closing" , I asked what time do yall close (already knowing subway closes at 9) he said" now" with an attitude so I started walking away and he said I still help you though and I left I went and got Sonic. It was very rude considering I haven't eaten Subway in years and I was actually looking forward to it. I also work in fast food and you don't just close early, at the sign still says you're open you're open. I came in during operational hours and I won't be coming back.

I ordered a sandwich online, very simple, turkey and cheese on white bread to take to my Granddaughter at school today. At the school I opened the sandwich for her and the bread was cold, like it had been in the refrigerator, and hard. I took most of the bread off of the sandwich and my granddaughter ate some of the sandwich but said it did not taste very good. I saved the bread and took it back to Subway and asked the lady why she gave me old bread and she said that is what they do, they use the old bread first each day. I told her that I would not ever buy a sandwich from this location again and turned to walk away and she felt the need to be a smart ass and start yelling "thank you Mam, you have a nice day, ok, you have a nice day, thank you Mam." Very, very rude. So if you want a fresh sandwich do not go to this location. My sandwich was made on old, cold bread. I later went

This is the best subway I couldn't find credit card embarrassed.And they had already prepared the food. The manager took care of it. I thanked her for showing me kindness and want everyone to know the world has alot of good people.and this manager is one of them. Thank you again.

So I'm not going to give any of my personal details to remain anonymous but I am a former worker here. The work conditions have been absolutley abhorrent and rules are rarely enforced. Some of the other coworkers do not care if they serve expired food or not. They fired me without giving me a reason nor telling me I was even fired. They fire people then immediately rehire them just to let them keep doing a horrible job. Sometimes, a Shell worker will interfere with Subway and sometimes a Subway worker will interfere with Shell. It's practically high school drama up there 24/7. Just overall a terrible place, DO NOT GO TO IT AT ALL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

This has got to be the worst subway in the state. I have been to this place about a dozen times in the last year and only ONE of those times did they have the bread I wanted. Tonight my girl wanted subway and ordered online. I told her they not going to have the bread you want, and sure enough we get there they don't have the bread. They tell her there wasn't enough bread made this morning. We get home and only thing right about my sandwich is the meat(and I think they shorted me on that). Wrong bread and 4 or 5 other things on it I DON'T eat and NOTHING I WANTED. This place needs new management.
so the sandwich I got weighed nothing ...it was the smallest nothing of a sandwich I have ever had from subway .I wont be going back to this subway again.

Absolutely the worst service and attitude that I have ever had.We walked out without any food at all.I have absolutely never seen this kind of poorest service in my life. I am 57 yrs old and have been a customer of subway since they came to Texas.
