We had a great time at Axe Society! My husband and another couple friend of ours went and had a great time. The guy managing the place was super friendly and helped walk us through how to throw all of the axes. We would definitely go again! They had fans and a heat lamp depending on what time of the year you go.

This place is awesome, 100% worth the visit.Stopped in to celebrate my wife’s birthday and it exceeded expectations. Cool to see a place like this in Victoria, and I hope we can all keep a place like this in our town afloat.The two gentlemen working tonight were very friendly and charismatic and made our visit that much better.A large group was leaving as we arrived, they quickly got us orientated and throwing axes on a couple lanes while they threw up fresh wood on the other lanes, and since we were the only ones there at the time, they let us spread out and enjoy the space to ourselves. Very accommodating, no non-sense, good customer service.And let me tell you, it sounds so simplistic throwing axes at a wall of wood, but it’s fun and addictive.Before we left we were already talking about plans on when we would come back next.It was warm inside, but it’s also mid-July, and this place is located in an industrial building. They have A/C, but it can’t keep up, so they have fans and swamp coolers going full blast. It’s not uncomfortable, but it is warm. Expect to sweat a little… ain’t nothing wrong with it.It’s BYOB if you want. And don’t forget to bring closed toed shoes.They had good music playing, and the art on the walls is fantastic.Do a date night here. A gathering of friends. An employee gathering. A girl’s rage night. Whatever. It’s fun. Just do it. Let’s keep businesses like this in Victoria afloat.

Had a great time with my company team building event. We were able to bring our own alcohol and food and have a truly wonderful time throwing axes and working out the stresses that come with the job. The facility continues to improve with age and I look forward to returning soon!
Girlfriend and I went for date night and had a wonderful time, Gavin was our instructor and he was super friendly and accommodating. Went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible. Highly recommend axe society and will definitely be back next time I’m in town.
