Buffalo Wild Wings

Took 2 hours to get a burger. Then double charged credit card. Waitress was rude. 12:30 on a Thursday and only a hand full of people there. Worst restaurant in Victoria.

Went in on a Thursday night, they were busy but not packed. We sat at the bar and the bar tender was great. It took over an hour to get our food.

Didn't get to order because when I tried to ask the servers do wait to be seated or just grab a seat, got the ugliest look for that so I left and went to Dennys not sure what about this location has co workers hyped besides the TV but the attitude I got I'd rather eat anywhere else when we spend the day in Victoria waiting to get called out after a 10hr rest

The food is delicious, but they did not have the entire dessert menu available, the attention from the waiters was very good. The bad thing is that we saw 2 cockroaches, one on our table and one on the wall

I received a rotten wing, which i did not eat, but it was clearly putrid.

Waited for my order for 30 minutes after I had already paid. Staff member asked another server about checking my order cuz she noticed I've been waiting for awhile sever comes back says they know about the order and won't do anything about it. So I just decided to cancel my order cant get my refund till 2 or 3 days later go figure...FYI my friend ordered the same and got his order in 10 min

Dinner on a Monday wasn’t very pleasant at all, especially with Victoria as a server. First she did turn down our permit identification for proof over 21. She mention she had to check for approval with manager since the identification was from another country, and that took about a good 20mins. Anywho, after approval (yes they do accept any form of identification, which makes sense since there are so many people out of state or country) we wouldn’t get refills good thing we can get up and refill ourselves, we have given her many opportunities to make it right and seems like every time we go just doesn’t get any better.

Stopped in for drinks and appetizers early afternoon. The place was pretty empty. Service was slow. Our server was pleasant at first, until we ordered our second round of drinks. The margaritas came and tasted like it was missing the tequila. We complained to the server she seemed put off, and pretty much ignored us. Won't be back.

Had wings delivered by Uber eats
Order was 55 minutes late from original estimated time. Ordered traditional wings with mild sauce. The wings were 90% dry with hardly any sauce, and they were super dry, like they were cooked 1 or 2 says prior. Was the most disgusting wings I have ever had. I'm sure I will never eat from Buffalo wild wings in Victoria Texas ever again.

Sat there 10mins and never got a server.

This is hands down the worst experience you can ever have at any Buffalo Wild Wings location. The bartender whose name was Emma won’t even speak to you or be courteous and nice like you’re another human being. So weird and strange in this place legitimately the worst customer service I’ve ever had at this establishment. Boring boring boring and nobody’s nice or bubbly or outgoing. Hey if you want to be bored and get bad food please go here. You would think this was a busy city location smh.

Tried to go for lunch the other day. All the tables were grimy and dirty. Sat ourselves in the bar area. Waited about 15 mins and nobody ever greeted us, although there were a few staff sitting at a table nearby chatting/hanging out. We ended up leaving without eating.
