Buffalo Wild Wings

My group of 7 waited 2 hours for what turned out to be the worst wings we’ve ever had. Every single one of us agreed—our wings tasted old and not fresh at all. They were dry, tough, and just… bad. On top of that, the service was disappointing. We got drinks at the beginning, but never once were offered refills—even after our food arrived and our cups sat empty. For a place known for wings and sports bar service, this experience really missed the mark. Definitely not coming back to this location.

This place is actually awful and that’s putting it nicely. Your order will always be missing something, I promise. It will take forever, and if you order carry out expect to be ignored and add 45 minutes to whatever your wait time is supposed to be.
We’ve given it multiple chances and it never gets better. 0/10. Go to wing stop lol

The bar countertop is horrible. It is sticky from the chemicals used and breaking down the surface of the bar counter top. Staff were wiping it off, but because the counters need to be sanded and new sealant applied.

Server was terrible. No refills, never checked on us. No tea?!?!?
If you are going to raise the price of an order fries and deliver fewer fries, perhaps put them in a smaller container so it not obvious.

Hours of operations on Sunday show 11am to 12am why are the doors locked at 11pm? And no one is there for me to get a refund for my food that I paid for and couldn’t pick up? (Victoria Tx location)

Not bad for a quick bite, a tad too loud, food was decent, wings were good. Not bad if your looking for wings specifically, everything else was meh

Went there for my nephews birthday day last and it was bad. Service was great. The wings were the hardest toughest wings I've ever had before so i just had to stop eating and i love to eat and the burger was absolutely the driest I've seen. What happened to this place. Maybe it needs new management and cooks but man something needs to change.

The waitresses are always kind and helpful. The food is good, and I love watching the games while eating here.

Nashville hot chicken sandwich was not impressive, but ok. For some reason they gave me a tiny ramekin of salsa with an order of chips. So cool, I got 4 chips worth of salsa. They apparently ran out of the golden hot wing sauce, so let down...

My experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was awful, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

The moment I walked in, I noticed a strong urine smell in the lobby, and the bathrooms were absolutely filthy. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority.

The bar area was just as bad. The countertop was sticky, and a customer next to me asked the bartender to wipe it down. Instead of cleaning it herself, she sprayed a towel with cleaner and handed it to the man, expecting him to clean it himself. That level of unprofessionalism was shocking. On top of that, the bartender was unfriendly and rude the entire time.

The food was just as disappointing. My chicken wings had a freezer-burned taste, and my fries were cold. When I sent them back and asked the waitress if she thought the wings were freezer-burned, she just shrugged and said, “I don’t know, I wasn’t back there.”

Between the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and terrible food, I won’t be coming back. Save yourself the trouble and eat somewhere else.

Took 2 hours to get a burger. Then double charged credit card. Waitress was rude. 12:30 on a Thursday and only a hand full of people there. Worst restaurant in Victoria.

Went in on a Thursday night, they were busy but not packed. We sat at the bar and the bar tender was great. It took over an hour to get our food.

Didn't get to order because when I tried to ask the servers do wait to be seated or just grab a seat, got the ugliest look for that so I left and went to Dennys not sure what about this location has co workers hyped besides the TV but the attitude I got I'd rather eat anywhere else when we spend the day in Victoria waiting to get called out after a 10hr rest

The food is delicious, but they did not have the entire dessert menu available, the attention from the waiters was very good. The bad thing is that we saw 2 cockroaches, one on our table and one on the wall

Kid-friendliness: Place for the whole family, it does not have a play area
