Buffalo Wild Wings

The biggest disappointment ever! Avoid this place. My wings where cold and wedges hard and overcooked. I will never return or recommend anyone to come here. Plus restaurant is filthy.

Our food was served to us barely warm. The server told us that they were waiting on fries and that is why our food took so long to be served but, that was definitely not the truth since our food was almost cold.

Sat at the bar and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. It took far too long to receive any attention, and when we finally did, we were met with a sour attitude and a dismissive “we’re busy,” which set the tone for the rest of the visit.

Our food arrived lukewarm, but we didn’t bother addressing it because the service already felt unwelcoming. When it came time to pay, the receipt was flung down with a quick “have a good night.” No check-in, no questions about the food, no effort to ensure we were taken care of.

Overall, it was an uncomfortable and unpleasant dining experience.

We usually order to-go and haven't had a good experience with the expected time ready. Not sure if it's the their computer system or their kitchen but I haven't had a what time of less then 45 minutes. The worst part is that the wings are not even hot when they finally bring them out. Wings are good but the experience is not.

The restroom where beyond dirty and trash was over running on the floor the tables were dirty along with the floor like they haven't cleaned it in weeks our food came out and half of it was wrong or it was cold and the tvs where so loud we could hear our waiter and they couldnt hear us as well very unsatisfied

This WAS our place to go see games, enjoy wings and beer. But the service has made it a frustrating experience every time we want to go and relax it turns into a terrible time. So bad i have had to get names of these people. Isabel is the worst server she ignores us, waves us off knowing we make eye contact she looks away. I dont know how we have gotten her three times although we try to avoid it. Marquis is an incompetent manager. We had a situation where my daughter's drink had some sort of glass dust or particles on it, made her lips feel irritated, husband takes a drink and has same reaction. I look and see shimmering along the rim , I take a napkins and show the staff. All said they see nothing and Mind you we haven't ordered, this wasn't about anything but the danger of what was on that glass. Yet the manager said he didn't know and the server NEVER came out again. We left with no answers and no food and without enjoying the game. THIS PLACE GETS WORSE AND WORSE. WE ARE REWARD MEMBERS AND HAVE 10% DISCOUNT EVERY VISIT YET WE JUST CAN'T GO ANYMORE.

I just wanted to give you a peace of my mind this place in Victoria tx. Some things have to change for the better the Service there is really Bad and when I say bad I mean bad period. We went there to pass the time after work got there sat down for 25 minutes not no one came to our table oh by the way we were sitting at the bar waited no one at least to say we will be right with you nothing. It's okay cause I'll be thinking twice on going back to that place again. And some of my friends will be hearing about this as well. Poor Services period!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars at this wild wings I would.. I love Buffalo wild wings! But we went to the victoria Buffalo wild wings around 11:30 am today. We decided to sit at the bar. I promise you the whole bar was sticky...I didn't want to put my purse or hands down. We ordered 1 drink a piece and a 6 piece of wings than went out on the patio. Oh my! It just got worse. The tables were corroded, the windows were covered with cobwebs ( not Halloween decorations). The server had to prop up a sign in the door because she said the door is broken and we will be locked out without it! The server also told the other patrons at the bar she only had 4 hours of sleep last night because she closed and than had to open so be understanding.. what??? We left after 1 drink. And I'm not kidding.. my husband said the place smelled like fish....and they don't sell fish. We won't go back until they say under new management. We are good people who appreciate good service.

It wasn't what I expected like another location I been before the wings were really cold nd they need to clean up the counter top for the bar better I wasn't big fan of it sorry but u guys need to work on ur service nd presentation

The servers apparently have their favorites! Food came out twice and still waiting on silverware 🤣🤣. Bartender is more interested in her phone than her customers!

If I could give the service less stars I would. Took a while for someone to even acknowledge we were waiting to be seated. Sat us at a dirty table, the hostess had her hand up the front of shirt.

09.01.2025 Bar tenders and managers here seem to hate being here. This location is falling ill to lack of maintenance, especially the bathrooms. Mold can be seen in the building. Newish TVs are in bad shape and forget about management staying on top of games locals want to watch let alone being able to request a change. The food has improved somehow and with the new menu maybe that part is turning around.

Previous review: Food is not so good, but the beer options aren't half bad considering Victoria has a propensity for only drinking terrible and cheap beer.
