Our food was served to us barely warm. The server told us that they were waiting on fries and that is why our food took so long to be served but, that was definitely not the truth since our food was almost cold.
We usually order to-go and haven't had a good experience with the expected time ready. Not sure if it's the their computer system or their kitchen but I haven't had a what time of less then 45 minutes. The worst part is that the wings are not even hot when they finally bring them out. Wings are good but the experience is not.
I've eaten at this BWW about 10 times... Every time, it feels like they're a little surprised someone walked in and even more surprised they'd like to sit down and eat. They're not really unhappy, but would definitely rather you had just ordered something to go.
The servers are usually polite, but not really enthusiastic. About anything.
