The place was great. We didn't get to hear the band. But a nice experience overall. I wanted to acknowledge what a great attitude. Despite her saying that they were short-handed at the moment. And she was doing several different things. Unfortunately, she gave me her name. I misplaced it. But, she definitely may have remembered. Because she got our order down perfectly, without writing it down. She received a gift from my company. The Rise Above It Group by T&U L.L.C. for going above and beyond and great customer service. The service was terrible .Waiters on there phones and not paying attention to the customer. Several time's we had to get up and get our own drinks and even to get a menu. The mac/cheese ball very dry and no cheese flavor tasted like boiled pasta with a fried crust. Terrible will not come back or ever recommend anyone to go there .

Got the Country fried steak sandwich and it was pretty good but was lacking spices and no gravy or sauce. It was kinda plain. My husband got the Country fried steak dinner and his was kinda tough, the potatoes didn't taste good. Service staff was friendly but slow and it was dead for a Monday. I will not be going back.

My family of 4 came in at 6:45pm in a Thursday night to eat dinner. There were only 3 other tables and 2 at the bar. It took over an hour to get our food. The waitress came to check on us twice and had an excuse both times on what was going on with our food. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

While traveling back home from corpus Christi to Houston we thought we would take a different route and look for a place to eat. We came across this restaurant and it's a little bar restaurant and they have really good chicken fried chicken or chicken fried steak. Their fried zucchini was amazing. There wasn't anything on the plate that came with the dinner that I did not like. If you like a good old home cooked meal this is a place for you.

Needs a new health inspection. Ordered the guacamole, it was mashed up brown avocado. Dirty place all around Both times we have tried this place the bartenders are unfriendly, dressed in oversized sweatshirts. Unwelcoming. Cheap beers for happy hour, so I gave one extra star..

My grilled chicken was hard as a rock. My aunt her straps were burned and just as hard, redo. My cousin her shrimp was overcooked, redone then undercooked and she couldn't eat it. Did get a discount. The green beans were black pepper hot and too much salt. Parking is horrible on a busy night like Friday. The good all our appetizers were just right.. it was was my first visit there. Our waitress was great.
