This is usually one of my favorite places to eat for some reason today not sure what or why I had two different orders online of course one was a $5 Duo and the other was Whopper Wednesday it wasn't very busy and I don't know why the meat Patty on the Whopper was burnt did they leave it on the grill too long just don't understand

they were fast , all the employees were very polite
Went in ordered food, went to get drinks, and a pretty aggressive roach came out from under machine husband stepped on it. Waited for food for 11 minutes, and in the meantime, the floor was filthy. All tables were dirty. Started feeling sick and decided to leave. They hadn't even started our order. Husband went to talk to the manager, and she was rude and told him it had only been 11 minutes . He showed her roach, and she didn't care. Told customers coming in that there are dead roaches on the floor. They went in and then left right after us. Don't go to BK on 8501 N. Navarro . The Houston is much cleaner and better..

Horrible establishment. Horrible service. Food quality is very poor. Nobody will be in line they will have you pull forward and wait 20-30min for chicken nuggets. True story. Eat anywhere else but here. Have a great day ?

My food was really dark like the oil hasn’t been changed in a while and my ice coffee tasted like water down nastiness. there was no one in line and I had to pull up and wait on them to bring my order out to me
