The service was good overall, but very slow. The staff was polite, just not attentive or fast. As for the food, it was okay, but the shrimp tasted like they were fried in old oil, which affected the flavor. Not a terrible experience, but definitely room for improvement.

I tried Casa Jalisco for the first time because my mom suggested it for her birthday today. The only downside was a few flies, but there's always a few at every restaurant. I am thrilled she brought us because the food was amazing, the service was great, & the price I paid for my mom's birthday meal was reasonable 👌 😁

My husband and I go regularly and have 2 servers that we want every time we go. If you stick to one server they will know exactly what you want. Prices are reasonable, very good flavor I never thought I would find a restaurant that has good flavor in their food. Don’t bother me if tortillas are homemade or not as long as my food is on point. It’s not easy cooking for people and having to make homemade tortillas. Jalisco keep up with the fantastic cooking y’all doing not to mention the staff yall make people feel welcome. Awesome place to go eat at.
