I ordered some nachros to go., and when I got them the plate of food look like pigs slop!!!!! So unappetizing looked horrible, couldn't eat and didn't eat, that was a waste of $25.

I had a fajitas salad with a metal prong in it. Waitress was nice about it with an apology. She said she spoke to the manager, and nothing happened.
I later called to speak to the manager to see what the item was since my mouth was irritated. She said looked to be from the metal grill brush.
So please, be aware they use metal grill brushes and the bristles can dislodge into your food.

This is our favorite Mexican food restaurant in Victoria. We absolutely love our amazing server, Sylvia! We visit Victoria about 4 times a year and have family in Victoria. Sylvia always remembers our drinks, our order, and this is one of the main reasons we always return. Her service is outstanding, she never fails to take excellent care of us. Thank you for returning to the Victoria location! Sylvia is the best server we have ever had, anywhere. She is truly a great asset to Casa Ole.

Jason needs more training on how to wait tables. You don't offer to bring the check when the customer is not even half way done with their meal. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get three drinks for the table, he only had one other table to wait on.

Crash & Burned on this restaurant. Salsa is an interesting recipe. Very watery. But had good flavor. That was about it. The taquios were awful, Tasted like burnt plastic. Beans and rice wasn't good at all. Drinks were good. I dont think I'd ever go back here. Alot of addict looking staff, Waiter stunk of cigarettes and pot. Idk. It's a rough establishment.

So, ordering from here on Doordash or to go isn’t an actual “order” for them, just merely a request. You hope you get what you ordered but there is always something missing. As much as my family loves casa ole (mainly the queso and green sauce) I think we are just done.

Out of beef fajitas. Got here at 11:00 am….still waiting for a check at 1pm. SLOWWWWW service. The food was really tasteless. Can’t remember a trip out this bad in a long time!!!

We usually Love this place . To start off the table next to us said what's going on the chips an salsa aren't the same. We noticed it too. Then our food came what a NASTY disappointment. Everyone's plate had most of the food left on it. An WE are to- go plate people everytime! Not this time NOT even for my dogs. $43.73 Wasted?

trust me when I say the LOWEST sanitary place I have EVER seen! The staff doesn't wear gloves or hair nets. The staff has been seen multiple times using the restroom and never washing their hands. Please do yourself a huge favor and never waste your money here.

I have been going to Casa Ole from time to time since the 90s, and I've always enjoyed it.Our waiter, Walter, was fabulous, and our food was tasty. Fyi, if you don't know, the restaurant is IN the shopping mall but don't let that deter you from some great service & food!

None of the food is clean no employees wash their hands after using the bathroom all meat is set out on the floor to defrost none of the chicken is fresh none of the food is fresh and countless people have gotten sick finally sick from this establishment the better Business bureau really needs to invest investigate this cesspool a diseases
