We were visiting from out of town. Our server was very attentive. We ordered the brisket quesadillas. Portion was filling & flavorful. Downside: more cheese than brisket, a spoonful of pico & sour cream. And pile of lettuce.

Horrible service at this Chili's establishment. Went on lunch hour, and they took our order but after the waitress ignored us for a solid 30 minutes. The "endless" chips and salsa were finished and still no service. Finally we asked what was up to find out they never put in our order.... never coming back this or any Chilies ever again for seer incompetence.

Last time I come here. A previous time a restroom door falls off the hinges and hits my daughter in the head and this time I spent my birthday lunch waiting on food for almost an hour that never even called into the kitchen. So no time to eat because I had to go home to change before going to work.

Went yesterday Friday around 5pm. It wasn't busy at all. Food took over an hr. Server was great wasn't her fault. Margarita chicken was undertook and I'm literally laughing at the portion of Pico that comes with it. Soup was cold af!

We had take out.. nothing too hard. Just 2 burgers and fries. The burgers were look lukewarm, the fries were terrible. They were cold and stale. Like they cooked them a while ago. No napkins, no ketchup. Very disappointing. The burgers and fries are always pretty good. Won’t be doing take out
Do not recommend ordering ahead of time because it is useless! My order was supposed to be done at 11:15am and one of the employees laughed in my face when I told her it was supposed to be complete at 11:15am.

After not eating at a Chili’s for 11 years we decided the TikTok craze on the cheese sticks was pulling us in. Major regrets, wish we stayed away. My wife and I got the triple dipper and nothing was warm so yes definitely did not get any cheese pulls. The Nashville seasoning is very odd and just killed the taste leaving the mozz and chicken tasting very blah, we didn’t finish those. The avocado sauce for egg rolls has changed and is not as good either. Our son got the 5 piece chicken strips and the waiter had to get him one more piece cause 3 pieces were uneatable pieces of chicken. Our daughter got the kids chicken strips and luckily she loved hers.

We never got seated. Said there was a 45 min wait when asked for a party of 8 and 6. Multiple 8 tops available. Said they didn’t have enough staff. That is fine but in next 5 minutes as we decided where to go they sat 4 parties of 4+ immediately. I will not go back.
