Kloblaschnicks (pig in a blanket) are awesome and their kolaches are really good too. The pig in the “pig in the blankets” are made with real sausage. Biscuits and gravy are good as are all the strudels.

My family loves and regularly stop at the Kountry Bakeries in Schulenburg, Hallettsville, and Eagle Lake. We found ourselves in Victoria around breakfast time and decided to give this location a try. We were not disappointed. The baking does not occur on property and items are fresh and delicious. The two ladies that were working yesterday morning were so kind and interactive with the customers. My family really enjoyed our food and family oriented staff.

walked in to the Kountry bakery on Main the manager there was very rude no customer service I asked her for a box and she proceeded to through the boxes on the counter l was like really surprised me so rude and un professional tried calling another Kountry bakery but I couldn't talk to anyone that could help me turns out my daughter had the same experience with that manager on main as well I won't be going back there & there sweet bread was not fresh it tasted like it had been sitting out a few days so disappointed I t use to be gud but managers like her is what looses customers I hope the owners or someone sees this and does something to whom it may concern

Great local bakery. Unique baked goods.Got me a poppy seed bar and a sausage with sauerkraut kolache (unique item, never seen this any where else.)Tasty.Friendly sisters run the place.
