“After my last delivery of the day I wanted DQ. Do I go through Drive through… the Customer service sucked, “what can I get you” what ever happened to welcoming the customer? I get to the pay window and I have my card ready and hand it to her she looks at me and turns to look behind her to another co worker and they start talking and laughing didn’t even acknowledge me until they finished their conversation. Didn’t repeat my order to me. Get to the next window to pick up my food and this girl says you had the jalitos burger and tacos? I’m like nope I had a #4 she’s like no you didn’t… with attitude! I’m like ma’am I ordered a #4 and she’s like give me your receipt, so I hand it to her and she’s like yea you ordered no ma’am that’s what they charged me for. Won’t be going back even if I do live the pumpkin pie blizzards!!“
“This is hands down the best DQ I’ve ever been to. We visited tonight after a baseball game, and the staff was incredibly respectful and courteous. The restaurant was also very clean. It’s rare to find such good service at fast food restaurants these days. Dominic, the gentleman working the counter, was very respectful and courteous. Well done and thank you!“
