I hate to leave a bad review because the food is good. However, my daughter visited with her service dog. Manager asked for vest and paperwork. Vests are not required by ADA law and paperwork is a scam. She caused undue anxiety. When I calmly went to talk to her later simply to explain the law and how she can ask only two questions she refused to listen and kept arguing about the health department and other guests complaining (which I didn’t see anyone say anything. The dog was quietly under the table as trained). She simply does not care about the law or the undue anxiety and tension she caused. I also explained that she can deny a service dog if they are misbehaving and as far as other guests go she can simply explain the law and how they will not discriminate against someone who has a service dog. She also told me we could use to-go instead.

I saw a crispy chicken sandwich on their menu online so I ordered one when I went through the drive thru. The person taking the order and the person taking payment both repeated back crispy chicken sandwich. When our food came it was grilled and when I questioned I was told they don't serve such a thing. I'm not sure why when it is offered both in the app and online, and on the menus for door dash and Uber eats, not to mention the two employees who allowed me to order and pay for it. They offered a chicken strip sandwich instead, and it was delicious, which was appreciated,but it was awkward and made me feel like I had done something wrong. I still gave 4 stars because I did still get a crispy chicken sandwich, and the quality of the food at this dq is always on point.

The energy level of the place early in the morning was spectacular. White chocolate shake was delicious. The breakfast delicious.

I am still fairly new to the area, but so far this DQ is on par with all the other fast food chains in Victoria. It’s acceptable, but not quite as good as the DQs in other regions.

Day shift always has great customer service not sure what’s going on with the night crew had to go in to make sure our burger was made right because it was wrong on the receipt and it still ended up wrong, crew was rude fries are old wasted money tonight the guy on the grill did try to be helpful that’s about it but again it was still wrong
The Dairy Queen on Red River in Victoria was such an amazing experience. Management must be doing something right. All the employees were happy. What a nice atmosphere. The food was great also. I had the taco salad; fresh and delivered at a timely manner!

I received the worst customer service while trying to place an order through the drive-thru. I was trying to ask a question about my food, and the girl was too busy being rude instead of answering my question. The manager Courtney, who was working, is a joke, too. After being told to pull around and my food would be brought to my car, I ended up having to go inside to get my food. While inside, I asked who was in charge of this place, and she responded with, "I'm the manager." For one I should've never had to go inside to get my food and not to mention my food was ready just sitting on the window with a manager and 2 employees standing there looking at the orders. The last that was parked in front of me waiting on get food too had to go inside to get her food. Courtney asked what was going on and how she was rude, like she doesn't know. I'm sure I'm not the only customer that has had this complaint because there's several people who are rude that work there. I told her what happened, and she responded with "I'll talk to her. I'm sure she did talk to her. She's a joke just like the employees that work there too. I will not be going back to this establishment ever AGAIN!!!
