Heater was broken so entire restaurant was freezing, sausage links tasted like it had lucus salt on them, French toast was burnt, eggs could have been better. Waitress was great considering.

Went there because I was passing through victoria. The cashier asked me how many, I told her 1, just me. She rolled her eyes, and continued checking out...even had another lady help her check out when she only had 3 customers. Never once seated me or even told the other lady to seat me. Waited 30 minutes and walked out!

Waitress was horrible with horrible service. Almost finished my while meal and she never asked if our food was OK or if we needed coffee. I had to walk to the front counter and ask for my check while waitress just sat at a table playing with silverware and napkins. Restaurant was only 1/4 full and they were telling people it's going to be a 45 min or longer wait, there were plenty of tables and they just needed to be cleared for the next people. I will not be returning
Waited 40 minutes after ordering and still did not get our food. Only then were we told that they were short staffed. This should have been told to us upon arrival. We walked out. Wasted 40 minutes of my life waiting on a damn egg. Horrible way to treat customers.

Food needs some working on. Tasted bland. I had a omelet . Why used sliced cheese? It didn't even melt. Coffee was good. Service was good. Kitchen needs a helping hand. But if you need a place to stop and get a bite, Try Dennys in Victoria.

Parking: I like to go in the a.m. hours when it's basically dead. It's peaceful and the staff are attentive and not annoyingly checking on us from being stressed from a rush not remembering who they checked on or what goes where.
Kid-friendliness: It's a family environment and the kids menu is pretty fun
Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk ramp is right up front by the doors and handicap ♿️ spots
