Domino's Pizza

Got the wrong pizza, called to the store the manager said there was nothing they could do and said it would be 45 mins if I wanted to reorder another pizza but I was going to have to pay again. Why would I pay for another one when I ordered the pizza I wanted in the first place?! They could have taken this one back uneaten and given me what I ordered!

I spent an entire hour in the lobby waiting for my order. I asked 4 different employees where my order was. All of them were too busy pushing delivery orders out that all they could say was, “a couple more minutes.” None of them could be bothered to check the shelf on the back. I spent an entire 30 minutes being ignored while my order was ready (per the ready time on my receipt). Thank you for the cold food and the slap in the face Dominos.

The best pizza I ever had was from here. Not all dominos taste the same and the one I had from here was amazing! The same pizza I had from a different dominos was awful🤷🏼‍♀️.
Will be using this dominos from now on

App said order was ready. Was already waiting in car for a good while. Go inside and get told it wasn’t ready although the screen said it was. Get brushed off for about 30 minutes and finally they print out my receipt, the order was on the shelf the entire time. Little better service would have been nice instead of just looking at the receipts and saying not ready yet. Obviously there was one order with no receipt sticking out of the box….
