If you love old school, come here. If you love to cut your chicken fried steak with a plastic butter knife, come here. If you want some of the best fried shrimp you'll ever taste, come here. Love it here!! I've never been disappointed. Great place, decent prices.

Our first time here. It was recommended by the receptionist at our Dr's office. It did not disappoint. Our waitress was friendly and very knowledgeable of her job. The chicken fried steak was phenomenal, just like the receptionist recommended. My husband had the shrimp basket it was good as well. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.
All they do when you call in is place you on hold. I was put on hold for 15 minutes I hung up called in the second time put on hold for 15 minutes. I tried to explain they put me on hold twice on the third call I was put on hold again. They said they were busy when I went to pick up my food there was no one there. This is every time if they can’t handle phone in orders hire more people or come up with an app. They need help
My husband and I brought our boys here after my oldest son’s baseball tourney, it was very spur of the moment a google on the spot where to eat close by. Best decision we made. The food was absolutely delicious, the sweet potato fries stole the show for me. My husband said the fried okra was dynamite with their homemade ranch. We definitely would and will make that drive to come and have dinner here soon. The restaurant itself was very clean and comfortable, just beyond great atmosphere.
Counter service, they brought out food fairly quickly. The salad was from a bag, ugh, and had some brown lettuce leaves. I don't think their salad dressing was home made, and neither was the roll or gravy on our chicken fried chicken. The CFC was just OK, seemed like a previously frozen portion. Looks like they let you bring in your own wine.

Food and service and prices were GREAT, the smell of the bathrooms permeating took the restaurant was a real thorn in the dining experience!! I highly recommend take-out, cause the restaurant smells like a sewer, sorry to say.
