The cracked crab used to be my favorite seafood go to restaurant. Unfortunately, the service last night was horrible!! I’m supposed to be a VIP customer and still to this day have no clue what that means????? I know they’ve needed help, but if the person who who was my server last night is who they will employ …. I think the service is just as important as the food. Usually I bring my Son and daughter in law there after a day at the beach. I think we will find a new restaurant around the coast from now on. Sorry Cracked Crab. 😔

My Mom Linda and I went to their Sunday April 6th All You Can Eat Crawfish 🦞 special from 3pm-7pm and we had a blast‼️❤️🤗
We dined outside as the weather and atmosphere were perfect for doing so. The wait staff was attentive and the food DELICIOUS! Between us we put away a half dozen raw oysters, a shrimp cocktail, and 22lbs of crawfish. The crawfish were flavored well, HUGE, and peeled perfectly. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience and will be back soon!

We read the reviews. I am a girl that usually cleans her plate. We ordered fried catfish and coconut shrimp and were disappointed with both. Either the temp of the oil wasn’t hot enough or the food was in a warmer before being delivered.

we went on a saturday evening and the staff was so quick and friendly!! the food was so good, i got the creat your own boil, and my husband got the fried catfish. the food was seasoned perfectly, and came out pretty quick! those complimentary muffins they give are THE BOMB, especially the sweet one!! not sure what took us so long to eat here but will definitely go again SOON!!
