My dad's family (Krehmeier) has a history with this fabulous delicatessen dating back years. Years ago, there was a bar next to Fossati's called Krehmeier Bar, and they supplied all the libations for Fossati's Delicatessen.
Founded in 1882 by an Italian immigrant named Frascio, this is one of Texas’ longest operating sandwich shops. It’s still Family run in the heart of Victoria.

This is the absolute perfect stop for people traveling between Houston and the coast. The sandwiches are delicious and the staff is quick and friendly.

A classic building with a great deli menu and homemade desserts. We tried the gourmet cheese spread and it was delicious. The muffuletta had chunky olives instead of a traditional schmear on soft bread. The Rueben had plenty of sliced beef & good pumpernickel. Friendly staff, plentiful seating, and a good menu will welcome us back next time we’re in the area
