Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I love the food it very delicious the hamburger is very delicious The fries are my favorite especially like the ice cream I love the mini dirt one❤️ everything was clean, this is the best Freddy’s I’ve ever been. employee's service was amazing.

First of all, the place was empty so I went through the drive-thru. It took forever for someone to take my order. Then I get to the window and pay for my food. And took forever to get my food. Better step your game up Freddy's. There's plenty of burger joints in this town.

Good food. Great staff. Friendly people. A burger fell on the floor and they replaced it. My dad said the bathroom was so clean the virgin Mary herself would love to take a dump in there. Will be back.

My first time to visit this business. Went right after Church around 12:15. Used the drive-through, several cars in front of me the line moved reasonably quickly. The employees were on point all with smiles. The food hot and fresh.

First time there and I ordered online. The food was good, the cashier was friendly and the atmosphere seemed calm and pleasant. I wouldn't say cozy but it's nice and clean. I had heard bad things about the food but I enjoyed it. The fries where different because the are like shoestrings, but I figured it would save me some calories. And they are good anyway. I am picky with my orders but my patty melt had everything I asked for. I don't know if I can say it beats Whataburger, but it's a very close runner up! If you haven't yet, just go try it and you make up your mind! Also want to add that i had minimal time and my online order was ready faster than Whataburger, Sonic and Chick-fil-a. That was a big plus.

Parking: I was able to find a parking space close to the door and fast. The exit and driving directions confused me a bit, but it's not that bad.

Very Rude woman upfront. She was vacuuming as me and my daughter came in for our to go order which was 2 sundaes. She ignored Us and then when approached she was very rude and not pleasant. It’s simple. In a small town like Victoria when your employees are like this I’ll never come back or spend any money here. We buy a burger once a week here too. Never again. I already know this establishment won’t make it much longer in Victoria Texas. I’ll come back to this comment months from now ?

The burgers are ok, definitely not anything special. I do like the fries, but that is probably because I like thin shoestring fries. The custard is decent, but yet again nothing special. I was disappointed in the service when I went. The person behind the acted like she was inconvenienced by having to take my order. There were multiple tables that were not cleaned. The table I sat at first was "cleaned" but it still had crumbs of whoever ate there before and was sticky. I haven't gone back, and I have no plans or desire to go there again. If they plan to keep charging that much the food needs a lot of improvement. If I want to spend that much there are multiple other places that I would rather go to and get better food and better service.

Get tator tots over fries if you want something substantial. The fries remind me of those pik nik chips..good just not what I want with a burger.

Also dining room. Smelt like dirty mop, sodas tasted like unfiltered tap water..

For myself and fiance we were not pleased with our meal. Perhaps it was what we ordered we just found that the taste wasn't to our liking. However the restaurant itself was interesting and enjoyable to see the history . We may give them another try but unfortunately not in the near future.

It’s funny when the owner JasonJones throws a basket to fries at employee lol that’s ridiculous and poor owner ship and Chloe were still smokeing weed with ur employee and still have a job……
