We picked up a large rectangular cookie cake from Great American Cookies for our father’s birthday. We asked for “55” to be big, in the middle & “happy birthday big poppa” underneath.While the cookie does literally reflect what we requested, it looks terrible. I’m not sure why the words ended up being so small, or why they would use two different shades of blue. The cake just doesn’t look good and lacking any creativity.We did make the mistake by not evaluating the cake before we took it, so we’re not sure what they could have done to accommodate, but it’s still a sub par cake that we got stuck with.

Went to pick up a cookie cake I ordered online and while I was waiting i witnessed a worker lick his finger he also had no gloves on he was with the other employees who were making cookie cakes I hope he wasn’t helping them because that’s disgusting so unsanitary.

I come up to the counter and this rude lady was assisting me she was being very disrespectful and then out of nowhere she starts yelling at this poor girl from behind the counter and she starts crying and then she continues to survey but only more disrespectful this time worst service around ?

Went to get a cookie from this place a few weeks ago while on vacation from my family. I was completely appalled by the horrible service here. Cookies? Great. Atmosphere? Great. The workers? Horrible. I overheard them making racial comments about black people behind the desk as I waited for my cookie, which was extremely upsetting considering I have people of color in my family. The food was fine, but the attitude with these workers was awful. I cannot believe this happened.

This is located inside the Victoria TX mall. A four star rating mostly because the cookies are so darn delicious, and their custom cookie cakes are always amazing. The pretzel bites and drinks are also really good...but they don’t always have their menu ready made.However. Please be aware that they are often short staffed. Or have their associates working in stressful or negative situations. Particularly on the pretzel maker side. They need more associates or to pay better so they can have a full staff. Or better conditions. That’s my opinion.

Very rude service! On my sons birthday he decided he wanted a cookie cake, so we went to try to purchase the cake and they refused us. So we tried to purchase just random cookies and they completely ignored us and waited on every customer but us. It’s unreal that a company can treat someone like that. As much as we loved the great American cookie we will not be back. So sad!

Really good cookies. Never had a cake from here before but excited to try it but do we need receipt to pick up because my friend lost mine?

Really good cookies. The oatmeal raisin was thinner than I expected but overall good.

Cookies are great

I went in and bought 2 large pretzel bites . One was garlic flavor & it was nasty & had way too much powder on the product so I asked to switch it with something else. One girl told me ok and it was coming out the oven. But the dark young man called me to the counter & told me NO because I ordered a “whole large” and that’s why he offers samples. Wasn’t even offered a refund. Rude & gossiping about other employees.

The young man who took my order was very polite and professional. He even did some suggestive selling but I was only there for the cookies. The cookies were fresh and tasted great. Great experience.
