This is located inside the Victoria TX mall. A four star rating mostly because the cookies are so darn delicious, and their custom cookie cakes are always amazing. The pretzel bites and drinks are also really good...but they don’t always have their menu ready made.However. Please be aware that they are often short staffed. Or have their associates working in stressful or negative situations. Particularly on the pretzel maker side. They need more associates or to pay better so...
The young man who took my order was very polite and professional. He even did some suggestive selling but I was only there for the cookies. The cookies were fresh and tasted great. Great experience.
