I had a cake made for my daughter's 17th birthday! It was better than I expected! It was just like the picture I showed her. Just beautiful! Everyone is so nice! She sat with me and my daughter and asked her what she wanted, so professional and helpful! Thank you so much !

They argue with their customers over mistakes they make, and try to throw themselves over the counters to fight customers as well when they call them out on their bs after all the back and forth instead of trying to make it right. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Very unprofessional

Wouldn't recommend. Unprofessional staff and owner is even worse. Better off just going to Sam's club or HEB for a cake to be honest.

Even with the goods being decent the management is horrible. Owners are no better so much attitude and also now the owner trying to go across the counter on a customer who did not get what SHE ordered through the phone (which is RECORDED) do better….

I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. This was done within a 10 minute period from their location to Victoria all star academy. And all the owner could do was blame me. If you want to spend your hard earned money for horrible service that they produce with lack of accountability, then they’re the place to go.

The last 3times ,and this time I’m calling this place out for once again,lack of friendly customer serviceAbsolutelyno smile and no “Thank you” each of the last times I purchased sweets and food from this establishment.I did them a favor!-With out us,they are NOTHING!The sad thing is I’m Hispanic,and it’s all those Hispanic women OLD and young,that lack absolute common courtesy!The 2 high school girls have the only proper etiquette!ALL of my fellow latinas could most definitely learn ALOT from those young girls!Coming from a professional career myself in Houston’s Gallaria,there’s a reason why I -GONZI Perez,retired at 35!I know a thing about manners,as my parents raised me well,and I know how to properly treat my clients!I did your bakery a favor by providing cash flow going…not the other way around!Get it together Sweet fountains!This is a small town,and competition is all around you!

I went to this bakery while visiting Victoria recently. My jaw dropped to the floor when I saw that a dozen thumbprints cost $9! When I made a remark about the cost to the girl who was helping me she said it's due to the cost of eggs. The cookies are great but not worth the price. Perhaps a decrease in headcount would be a better way to increase margins as there were 6 people behind the counter just standing around talking.

Soups and sandwiches are really good here, baked potatoes are sometimes hit or miss, mostly a hit though. Sweets, cookies, cakes,& pastries are pretty good too, perfect for a person with a sweet tooth. Service is decent as they are mostly busy during the 11am-1pm hours. Tables could use more attention, wobbly sometimes dirty as it is left by customers who were previously seated there and never cleared. A true local treasure. Over all a 4 out of 5 a definite must try.

Love it just wish it was open on Sundays and longer hours 🙏🏼
