It's decent food, when they're open. The ramen and poke bowls, both.HOWEVER, we pulled up on Saturday night, and on the door was a sign saying they're sold out.Wait... It's a restaurant. Their only job to serve food. They literally failed to have enough food - their only job?!?They've been open for years. They ought to have down how much food is needed.Go at your own risk of leaving on an empty stomach!!

Waited in drive through for just shy of 30 min and still had not received our order. No one came to the window to speak with us to let us know what was taking so long. We knocked on the window to get someone’s attention. They stated it was almost done and were extremely rude. The customer service was sub par at best especially when the girl at the window told her co worker I don’t efing care what you do hurry up. We ended up pulling out of drive through and going in to get a refund. We will never be back.

Walked in. Ignored at the counter by staff. Finally was greeted and placed my order for Ramen. Sat at a table and watched 2 tables who came in after me get their ramen. After about 5 more minutes I went and asked if they’d forgotten my order. The young lady checked with kitchen. Found out they gave my food to one of the other tables. He ordered spicy soy, me tonkatsu. Server went to his table and took my tonkatsu from him and disposed of it. 5 more minutes pass and she brings him the spicy soy he ordered. I’m still sitting here without food and had time to type this out.

I always get the spicy soy ramen and they do a good job of personalizing it for me every time. Like trying a different meat with it, or nixing the seaweed.

Whenever we visit from Houston we go here and get the #1. So good and drive Thur is a huge plus. Better than Pokeworks.Vegetarian options: Fish

Place is a good location. Clean and staff is friendly. Food here is great and bowls are delicious.
This place really is something special. The large poke bowls with your choice of three proteins is my go-to. The food ALWAYS tastes fresh, and the vegetables are never wilted or bad. The only thing that has surprised me about this place is that their prices have been steadily climbing. I realize inflation is everywhere, but even before inflation really started to hit everything, their prices were climbing. That being said, the price is worth what you get, especially if you're like me and your three proteins are all their raw fish options! Worth stopping at.

Nice place, funny guy working here when I was here.Good food, good drinks, the honey tea was absolutely amazing, the eggs they use in the ramen is also great.The free water they offer is actually infused with lemon, which is a nice touch.

Food was good, but not for the price, portions were horrible, large bowl (3 proteins) and they were very very skimpy on the scoops, (half scoops) asked for a full scoop of protein and was told it's 3 dollars extra per protein.. If you get the poke bowl expect to get more rice then anything else, unless you want to pay extra money for a full scoop of protein.

Terrible service. Food is not worth the price. I went through the drive thru. The server, male man with long hair, is rude and impatient. I only come here for the boba and each time I get attitude for only buying boba. Same server each time. I’ll just go to Noot’s. At least they are friendly.

Food was amazing as usual. But I am not understanding what happened to their service? Its 5:27 on Tuesday and the women at the counter are being extremely impatient and rushy. I don't get how me just looking at the menu is bothersome? It is kind of offensive considering I go there alllll the time but I order the same thing; I was wanting to change it up a bit and not get the usual. I ordered two bowls, a tea and tempura incase anyone there recognizes my order. Please, if you are going to work in customer service, gain some patience. Especially if after taking everyone's orders, you are just going to sit back down.....We have a new poke place opening by BWW, lets just keep fingers crossed they hire people who actually get it!
