Excellent London Fog. So nice to have a coffee shop close.

The older lady working Friday morning at the Heart Rock cafe was very rude and not helpful at all! The service was horrible. We waited there for a while for anyone to even notice us. She made a comment under her breath about myself and a friend saying,“How do they not see we are busy!” When we were the only two in line. I don’t even know how that lady still has her job honestly. All I wanted was a black coffee and she made a really big deal about it.

really enjoyed our visit here, my girlfriend speaks russian but the staff were friendly and able to understand my english to a good level. the food was nice, perfectly cooked and big portions. the drinks were served quickly and also tasted nice. looking forward to visiting again when next in moscow :)
Hands down some of the best coffee I've had! Super fresh and never burnt tasting. They even use Starbucks coffee beans. The wonderful ladies running the Cafe are super friendly and make you feel like you've been friends for years. I always recommend them for a great cup of coffee, cappuccino, espresso or mocca. You will be going back time and time again!
Great service
Great coffee
I have been here today, it's terrible. Poor choise of dishes and drinks. Every thing in the menu looks different when you order it. Coctails twice smaller then in the menu, food is not so nice. I am shore this is a lie to the visitors. High prices comparing to other lockal restaurants. Shpaten for450 rubles? Price is 300-350 in the nearest places. Spend 2600 local for me, didn't drink, didn't eat enough. Terrible Don't wait to find The Hard Rock Cafe here. It is simple Russian swindle
Fantastic service and coffee

Difficult to review Hard Rock Café n Moscow.. The place is just great, 3 floors in one of the best pedestrian street of the city center. the service is good which is a kind of miracle for Moscow standards, moreover the staff speaks English which is another kind of miracle for Moscow bars. About service I must confess its the best in Moscow, kind, smiley English speaking waiters..not easy to find here, for sure. Lets get around to the sore point now... As you can notice the bar is almost empty during Friday or Saturday night and I surely put this down to the dee-jays... I've been many times on Fridays, usually there are concerts and this is good. As soon as the concert is over though, a dee-jay starts playing..and every time there was a very very very bad dee jay playing... Every time I had to leave the place as it was a real torture. The most, just the most horrible commercial music, one disgusting song after another...Unbeliavable... Why they dont understand the music is the most important thing in a night club???!.. Hope they will work on it..Its just a pitty, such a great place, such a great service, such a perfect location..... and then the deeì-jays empty the dance floor and people run away... Incredible.
Wonderful staff and delicious coffee. Helps to make our day at work begin with a smile!
This Hard Rock Café is hidden very close to the astronomical clock and the Old Town Square, very walkable from everywhere. Staff is nice, but like all HRCs in "old" towns, it feels very cramped because of the small space. Ask the lady in the store to work her magic, she's great at it!
The Hard Rock is in a historic building which is cool to see. However, I went there at the end of a great vacation, so it was nice to have a little bit of familiarity and home. The waiter was really cool and made it a great experience.
Staff isn't that friendly as they are focused more on tourists than locals, who can come back. But they place is nice, especially for concerts
