IHOP has gone cheap. Instead of preparing a Hollandaise they are using a water down version in a bag. Ever since then I have stopped ordering anything with Hollandaise sauce. Also not happy that they have removed all the flavored syrups they were known for. It’s no longer the International House of pancakes… it’s now just an over priced fast food hamburger joint.
