The lady that took our order through the drive thru was extremely RUDE.. when she handed us our food she slammed the window on us. I understand Fast Food can be stressful however, we were the only customers there.

This store is always clean. Sometimes when I go in, the AC isn't working. Employees still have a smile. Food is fresh & hot. The Peach Sprite is a definite thirst quincher.

The order was accurate and very good. The staff was friendly and the store looked quite clean. Never been to a jack in a box dine in experience. I was pleased. There was also coffee at four pm! Good location near the H.E.B . Got a nice view of the birds. Had the jumbo jack cheeseburger with onion rings and coffee. For just under nine dollars!
Parking: You can only turn north from the west bound lane.

I've been here twice within the month. Both times certain items were unavailable. The staff treat and act like we're a bother. They're also impolite in the drice thru. I'd rather drive across town than deal with the staff there.

Ordered a chicken sandwich , got a burger by mistake, took it back, got the chicken sandwich…..and it was RAW!!!! I threw up, went back in and got a refund. They also had no lids for cups, what the heck? The cashier was very nice and understanding and she looked extremely stressed. They only had 2 people working there. The cook did not look like he cared at all. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! You will get food poisoning like I did!!! Had to go to the clinic from it! JITB needs to get their crap together! Both Victoria locations are disgusting! How these places are still open is beyond me!

Saw roaches crawling on the counter when we were trying to place our order had to jump back away from the counter and took my wallet off the counter immediately didn't eat we walked out if they have roaches crawling on the counter they have roaches all over the kitchen don't eat here

I don’t ever leave reviews, but Terrence is a great employee and too many of those go unnoticed. When I got there my mobile order wasn’t ready, so I pulled around to the front. A minute or two later he came out to tell me what I’d ordered wasn’t currently available and to ask how he could fix it. I let him know I don’t ever eat here because we don’t have one where I live, so he recommended something and went inside. In no time at all he came out with my food, then had to run back inside to grab my drinks. When I apologized for making him go back he quickly assured me that it was perfectly fine, that he knew he was forgetting something and that making the customer happy was what he aims for every time. He had to come out to my car three times and each time he was super friendly and happy to help. I’ll definitely be stopping at this location again when I’m in town.
