My receipt said Brenda. She was extremely polite and kind. The food came out quickly and had great presentation. This was the best Jack in the box experience I've had to date.

Almost every time me and my family go without fail they are understaffed and the employees are bitter and rude. None of them pay attention to an order such as not putting sauces in the bag or when you ask for pickles or no sauce or whatever it might be, you might as well understand that your gonna get what they want to give you. I’ve worked in fast food a lot as a young adult and NEVER was I this bad. And half these people are in their 40s or older. I HIGHLY recommend both locations should be shut down until new management is possible. All 5 years I’ve lived in Victoria these Jack in the boxes have me missing Corpus Christi

Waited at the cash register for 5 minutes and was never acknowledged. Yes they appeared to be busy, but at least acknowledge me. Went across the parking lot to Jason's deli. The service and food was great there.

If I could give zero stars I would and here's why
1st they are incredibly slow
2nd they don't know what you order or when to make it
And 3rd the staff is so uneducated in how to use the machines that they don't know how to make a gosh darn milkshake.

Went to the drive thru. Sat at drive thru for about 5 to 7 min. Said hello and someone said they'd be with me in a minute. About 5 mins later, still no one took my order. I Drove away and waited for the person at the window to leave so I can. When I pulled up the lady at the window argued that she said she would be right with me. Smelled and looked like she was high. Didn’t offer to take my order, so I spent my hard earned money elsewhere. Will never support this Jack again. Do better!

Well, sad. You can tell when an establishment has hit hard times. The facility and grounds become dated, worn, and faded. The staff was short. So 2 people struggled to keep it operating. Eventually 2 additional workers showed up. One of them had left to drive and pickup the 4th due to no transportation. So hard working employees working amidst desperation. The driver brought her daughter with her who played a tablet on full volume so that any customers in the dining area had to listen. Obvious no concern for decorum and diners. But kudos for determination to work no matter the circumstance. Needless to say it was a very long time to get my order. Do I recommend this place? I am torn. Yes, if you wish to support employees struggling in an impossible environment. If you seek fast service, and a tranquil, pleasant environment? Maybe not.

I usually love Jack In The Box, but have never been so irritated by a fast food restaurant. Husband placed our order online. Got there and waited a few minutes at the order screen, no one said anything. Decided to drive up and see what was going on. Halfway to the window someone finally answers the screen so I reversed and first thing he says is “we’re only offering fried items”, I said ok well I have a mobile order that has burgers on it and he says “pull up to second window”. We pulled up and they don’t have my husband’s drink so he asked what other drink he wanted, husband had no problem getting something else. Then we’re told that they don’t have the shake we ordered, but we can get another drink bc they’re the same price. I asked him “is a large drink really $5?” And he said yes, but I didn’t think that sounded right. Sure enough it was $3. I asked for a dessert as replacement and he offered me a drink again. Idk how a $3 drink makes up for a $5 shake lol. So I just asked for a refund and he said he couldn’t give me a refund, so I said I’d just get my refund with corporate. Left irritated with only half of the original items we ordered.
When I got home, my burger wasn’t even a burger. I got a sausage patty ?
Guy was dismissive and argumentative.. never had this issue with JITB before.

We live out of town in nearby city. We ordered over $35 for the food and they didn’t get what we ordered. I’m very disappointed.
