I ordered a beans up iced coffee and there is some sort of gel in the bottom of my cup that is coagulated and basically makes my coffee undrinkable. I have stirred vigorously, thinking it was some sort of artificial flavor that was added, but it does not dissolve-

Very upset I ordered a turkey croissant and got chocolate. Not sure what’s happened recently but the employees have been increasingly disappointing in order taking abilities.
They have always had great coffee. Its sad they had to close their cafe due to covid, they had amazing food. Absolutely amazing way to watch them make turkish coffee.

Drive thru coffee. Got two hot 16 oz caramel macchiatos. They do have a rewards system you sign up with a phone number. We received two large hot double cupped drinks. Tasted watered down like an americano and no flavor.
Ordered a matcha latte and it was half way full with mostly foam. Asked if they can fill it up she said it's foamy and they have to froth it. They filled it up but it just tasted like water. Never going back.

This place is amazing! Great service, great staff, and amazing coffee. Got a golden rabbit and a dirty chai latte, both were great, but that dirty chai is heaven! If you like chai tea, you have to get the dirt chai at Beans Up!

My favorite coffee. I always get the chocolate chip Frappé because it's neither too sweet or too bitter. Highly recommend
