I ordered a beans up iced coffee and there is some sort of gel in the bottom of my cup that is coagulated and basically makes my coffee undrinkable. I have stirred vigorously, thinking it was some sort of artificial flavor that was added, but it does not dissolve-

Drive thru coffee. Got two hot 16 oz caramel macchiatos. They do have a rewards system you sign up with a phone number.
We received two large hot double cupped drinks.
Tasted watered down like an americano and no flavor.

This place is amazing! Great service, great staff, and amazing coffee. Got a golden rabbit and a dirty chai latte, both were great, but that dirty chai is heaven! If you like chai tea, you have to get the dirt chai at Beans Up!
