So just left long John Silvers in Victoria TX and was not satisfied at all. I payed over $15 for 1 fish, 2 chicken, 2 sides and a drink. I went thru the drive thru planned on eating on the way home. Well when I went thru my bag of tartar sauce I was expecting to go silverware there was none. So now on to a store where I can grab some silverware and eat on my way h👎👎

Ice area very messy with water everywhere. Then as we were leaving roach crawling where drink machine was Very disgusted

First visit since reopening. Service was good and they were not busy at all. I ordered the fish with a side of green beans. My only complaint was the flavor of the green beans. Whatever they are cooked in is not a pleasant taste at all. Green beans are an easy item to cook.

I ordered through the app. Said my order would be ready at 12:32pm. I waited 20 min then finally asked for a refund. Of course they said they where making it then lol. Told them not to bother and give me my refund. I watched 3 people order their food, get it and leave, all of which order after me One of them order 15 min after me. Looks like they got a new building with the same service. This is the second time I had to wait more then 10 min past the pick up time in a row.

Last two times I've gone in LJS, service is horrible. First time didn't get my order for inside dining but customers came in 15 minutes after got theirs. Got a refund and left. Next time, didn't even get to order stood there 10 minutes and NO up front workers, left. Won't go back and sure won't recommend
