Ordered to go. It took longe to get the pizzar than they said it would due to many orders coming in at once. But it was delicious.

Pizza is always so good ! My only gripe is they are understaffed and that caused a huge delay on my order. Not a big problem but pickup time was 20 min over. Otherwise excellent pizza every time .

We had tried this place in Houston over the holidays with family and were really excited to realize we had one here in town where we live. Unfortunately, 20 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered I had to call only to be told they only had one delivery driver and we would just have to wait another 10 minutes. Not a huge deal but still a bit frustrating. We had to wait a whole other hour before the pizza finally arrived and of course it was cold. We will never go again. If you don’t even have the decency and common sense of customer service, to call and say that it’s going to be late, then make the pizza so far in advance, knowing you only have one delivery driver, that it ends up being cold, then you just don’t need my business. So disappointed.

Great pizza. Good service. It was our first time there, and it was empty, we were the only ones there. It was about 4 pm on a weekday. We had a coupon.

We came around 9:50 during the week to eat with a group of about 6 cars. When we were inside the building, the cashier told us that the dining room was closed already (location closes at 11:00). If a large group comes into a small, sub-par establishment, they should do their best to get their business. I felt that this was a bad look and made it seem like our business was not wanted. I hope the owner sees this so he can see how his employees are losing business. We took our business elsewhere. The pizza here is okay, nothing special. The dessert here is pretty good though. Overall would not recommend.

I had the absolute misfortune of ordering Marcos Pizza in Victoria, Texas, and I must say it was a nightmarish experience from start to finish. Let me start with the abysmal customer service I received from Arnold. It's as if he had taken a masterclass in how not to treat customers. From the moment I placed my order, it was clear that he couldn't care less about my business. He was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I've never encountered such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy in my life. But the horror didn't end there. To add insult to injury, I received coupons from Marcos Pizza, supposedly offering me fantastic deals. Well, let me tell you, those coupons were as useful as a screen door on a submarine. Not only were they completely irrelevant to the Victoria store, but they also didn't work at all. It's as if they were intentionally trying to mislead and deceive their customers. In summary, Marcos Pizza in Victoria, Texas, is a place to avoid at all costs. The combination of abysmal customer service from Arnold and the misleading, useless coupons only serve to make this establishment a complete disaster. Save your money and your sanity and steer clear of this place. There are far better pizza options in Victoria, and I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.

On a very long road trip after 11 and half hours on the road we ordered Marco's pizza to our hotel because it was only 2 minutes away. Was told a 45 minute wait but after 1 and a half hours and no delivery in sight I had enough. We would have went to the restaurant if they had indicated they had only driver.

I’ve heard a lot of good things about this place; it’s down the street from HEB plus on Navarro. I was really craving pizza and so I tried it out.The store itself is clean it parts of the dining area seemed abandoned or iffy.Despite everything I’m still giving it a good rating because the pizza tasted good and it was on sale….got $8 off from $16 too when I went. I got a medium pepperoni. The crust isn’t thin but fairly thick and isn’t as greasy or yuck as Pizza Hut.Though one thing I didn’t like was that the cashier misgendered me. Yeah. But it was still cool. Fast service, too. Try it out if you want a different pizza! :)
