I had never had McAlister's Deli before and I ordered a sandwich in a hurry during my lunch break when I was in town for work. I was amazed by the food - but also, the service. They wrote a card thanking me for my business and placed it in my to-go bag. Had to share the experience because it warmed my heart.
This is the second time I go there and I'm from out of town. First they took too long on the order. They never asked if I wanted a pickle with my sandwich. Or a lemon with my tea. Or if I had McAlister's rewards.
Had blackforest ham and cheese melt. Was very good. Not only did the sandwich have ham and cheese, but they had Dijon mustard, which is very complimentary on the sandwich. Had unsweetened tea very good.
