Ordered a pick up, took forever, my burger was raw.. Not the first time it’s happened either. It happened twice before and only at this location. I meant to order the food at the Houston hwy location because they do a better job there. It’s further away from my home but worth it since the food is better and the service is too.

Helpful friendly staff. Very clean. Play area for kids with electronics. Highchairs available. Lots of feel good moments and familiarity. Fast and accurate with freshness as well. So much to choose from!!Kid-friendliness: Play set for kids to run out some energy. Kid meals themes change frequently, healthy choices, two tables with electronic games. High chairs available. Big tables as well as small ones. Friendly staff that watches the safety of the children as well as keeping it clean and friendly and sanitized.

Worst McDonald's experience of my life. Waited over 20 minutes with no line for them to cook 4 hot and spicys because they said they didn't have space to cook them. The manager was rude and no apology was given. Nicest person there was the young man who brought us our food finally.

I showed up at 11:50 and 3 associate were outside just talking and waited till 12 and just closed the drive through ! Awful night closer people ! Whatever manager allows night shift to mess around and not take people order and just close 15 minute prior is crazy!

Sophia is so sweet! We had to wait a little bit for our food (to be fair, we ordered 13 cookies and a couple other things so it was understandable) but food was hot and fresh!

Was going to drive thru but had too many cars. Ended up going inside. The wait was somewhat shorter inside. I eventually ordered with the kiosk but didn't receive a receipt. But I was gald to remember my order number. Well, my number was called and bag was left on the counter. I waited another 10 minutes to get someone's attention because I never received my cup for my order. I finally got it and left. Please hire more people that care about their job and customer service!
