Cashier on the speaker was very rude. Had major attitude and seemed like she just hated her job and the world around it. I get that people have off days but the amount of attitude had me just leave before even getting my food. Will definitely not be back to this location any time soon.

EDIT: IT IS A NEW REVIEW AS OF 3/17/2025 LOKE I KNOW ITS JUST FAST FOOD AND I ORDERED FROM THE CHEAPER MENU BUT EEALLY HANDING ME A BAG WITH COLD FRIES AND I ASKED FOR A SPICY MCCHICKEN WITH CHEESE AND THERE IS LITERALLY ONLY A CHICKEN PATTY BETWEEN TWO BUNS NOTHING EKSE ON IT. NO TINE TO WAIT IN KINE AGAIN BUT COMEONE YALL DO BETTER. Now I remember why I never really do fast food. I decided to stop by and grab a meal right before work. As I am ordering the guy repeated order, was completely wring so I had to tell him again. I get up to window, pay and just glance in bag if everything was in there (except ketchup, have to ask them for it, you shouldn't have to) I get to work which is like 2 mins behind McDonald's, my fries are really cold, and I had asked for certain things on a burger and it was not made that way. Horrible customer service as well.

Food and service is excellent we got there just in time for breakfast when they switched over the menu board but still got service what we wanted Line was a bit slow but thank you for the breakfast

Bad Customer Service, ladies in drive through don’t even let you tell them how you want your burger, & and when you proceed on telling them they raise their voice on you, if you aren’t in the mood to give a decent customer service then stay home!!!

How is it that a Sr coffee in Victoria tx at the McDonald's in front of the mall is half the price as a Sr coffee at the Beeville TX McDonald's??? Beeville TX is half the size as Victoria TX, isn't McDonald's a chain?

This restaurant was understaffed and very busy. The lady at tge counter had an attitude. I do not blame her. I blame management for understaffing. Food took over 10 minutes to be served. Food was still very good.

Very nice people, my bag ripped outside in the parking lot and an employee came outside and immediately offered to remake everything and apologized, even when it wasn't their fault. Very good people

I ordered through the Drive-Thru and I waited for a bit but I was ok with that. The girl handed me my food said nothing and closed the window. I was missing 2 orders of fries. I caught her attention and said I had not gotten my fries - she holds her hand out saying nothing and I hand the bag back. She snatches it away with a huff is gone for a bit then thrusts the bag back at me and closes the window. The fries had been dumped in the bag - both orders. 1 fry envelope wasn't even opened like it never actual held fries the other was obviously placed in the bag upside down. Not only that but my burger had a single pickle on it, and both the burgers were smashed flat -- again something that was done obviously. If you're so upset with your job that you're mad at me because you did not make my order correctly and was petty enough to purposely ruin my food...maybe you are in the wrong field.
