You really get your money's worth at mi ranchito! The people are friendly the environment is easygoing and the food is amazing! The Carne guisada is right on point soft and spiced just right. No oversized pieces with fat mixed into it all lean meat and very tender. Really love it and they have won my business. And they also do catering!
I’ve been coming to mi ranchito for years because their food is so delicious however over the past few months I’ve come. The younger girl they hired for the drive thru has terrible and slow customer service. Everytime I call and place an order, I have to repeat myself 3 times because she can’t hear, maybe it’s because she has her headphones in all the time. Never gone to a restaurant where they find serving customers with headphones in both ears ok. And not only that I got there with 2 cars in the drive thru and sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes before getting my food. Not only that the line was almost down to the light and there was no sense of urgency. Please fix this. The other lady who was usually on the window is awesome!
