Shelly and vonda, both general managers, told my sister that she could only order 1 dark meat family meal, she asked if she could order a couple dark meat 4 piece meals and she was told that they would not be selling any more dark meat other than the one 8 piece, not because they didn't have it but for some reason unbeknownst to us. Do better moo moos and shame on these general managers for their poor service, no roll. No sides.

I've never in my life been to a place that sells chicken an told I couldn't order a 10 piece all dark chicken. Never liked white chicken , you're not gonna force me to purchase something I don't like.

I like to support local operations when and where I can. This location is located near Moody and Water Street.
Either the person up front or the cook does not know how to listen to instruction when taking an order. Our food was not prepared to order plus the tea is not brewed with filtered water giving it a funny after taste.
All in all the experience was not so great and if you have the opportunity to eat at a local Moo-Moo's I would stick to the location near the college on Red River.

Good chicken but inconsistent service. Waited 45 minutes for pickup order that was quoted as being ready in 7 min. when reviewed wrong items on ticket. 9 out of 10 experiences that are bad result from poor employee training or lack of care by employees. If chicken did not taste so well this place would be out of business.
