I wish I could give noot's 5 stars because their food is that good but the wait staff is horrible. Every single time our drinks were never refilled and they never stop by the table. We started doing to go orders because of this but they are even rude then! I once went in and they asked for tip and i did not tip because it is a to go order. all i was doing was paying for my food and leaving. the lady saw i didn't tip, slid my food across the counter and walked away. did not get a thank you, have a nice day or nothing.

We had lunch on a Sunday. Amber, the server, was extremely polite and attentive, visiting our party several times, but not intrusively. She helped us pick a delightful curry dish, carefully explaining the levels of Thai heat that were available. Our meal was wonderful and spiced exacted as described. Before our meal was done, the chef came for a quick and pleasant chat about our meal. Overall, a very good dining experience, which we have passed on to several of our friends because of the memories of that meal.

Noots is my comfort food in Victoria. Recently moved to this town and considering I had more options before, I would say this is now my favorite place for Thai food and surpasses all my expectations. My favorite is the panang dish. Any protein works with this.

Got the same thing both times so its not just a difference of food choices just a different of what days we went. When the food isnt to salty its great though.Service is extremely slow.

Man the food is on point. The glass noodles are amazing. The service is great. Just know going in they make everything fresh so speed is not their strong suit. Good dinning area. Clean bathroom and good table service. Exceptional menu and good selection. If you ask for hot! It’s is pretty hot. Not melt your face but it’s hot.
