This place screws up my order everytime. How hard is it to read and follow a fast food order???

Always been a fan of Panda Express since high school. One of the fast food restaurants that kept me well fed during some of my hard times. For this specific location, the service was great and love the staff here. Thumbs up experience!

Food was great but service was terrible the girl at the window didn’t allow me to order without saying “what else what else” over and over again. And she was to busy saying “what else” she forgot to charge me for a coke. Then a boy comes to the window and I ask him to charge me for a coke and he closed the window on me without saying anything. Horrible do better 👎🏼

I went to the drive through today and waited just about 30 minutes in line. The food is good and never have I got bad food, but the service just needs work. They always have issues with the drive through speaker but never leave a note or anything. I was just very disappointed I had to wait 30 minutes alone with 4 other cars so i couldn't get out.

Bit of a rant. It is very unfortunate that this panda express location is going downhill. I've eaten here consistently for the past year, and they've been slowly getting more and more greedy. What do I mean when I say greedy? Well, there was a time when I could order a bowl, and I would feel full. Not anymore, now you get barely any chicken in your meal if you order a bowl. Idk if this is a new policy where they give you less chicken in order to save money on their end, but it has led to me and my family deciding we won't be dining here anymore. I could pay just a little bit more to go get a large amount of food at other restaurants. Also, I've always had panda express locations across the nation honor my military service with a discount, this one constantly seems to want to do away with it. I don't think I will be dining at this panda express specially ever again due to these issues.
The noodles were overcooked and had a funky flavor the last 3 times I've come here. Ordered the mushroom chicken and the grilled teriyaki chicken and there were some questionable ingredients in the mushroom chicken, like ingredients I know are not normally in there and there was a mystery piece of meat, that may have been beef I honestly am not sure. I have tried to give this place multiple chances, but this last time sealed the deal for me, I got sick and the food was definitely not worth the price. The egg roll was good tho, so at least there is that.
