I ordered and payed for the ultimate pepperoni, looks like I got a regular pepperoni. If I woulda known I would’ve just ordered the regular, woulda been cheaper.

3 miles away and 35 minutes to deliver. Two medium pepperoni pizzas, over cooked and cold. How do you screw up such a simple order. I even tipped well. This is nonsense. Im a truck driver and just thought maybe the quality would be what im use to in my home town. Would've been better off chewy on a cardboard box.

Placed order, Noone was their for pick up. When I got called so.eone finally came from the back, talking on their personal phone to someone. Didn't end call just said it would be 10 mins, but nothing was open or on. Ended up getting a refund but man they said internet was out, but my order was on the back screen. Left and she was still on personal phone

I came in at 11 pm. I understand closing and getting things done. What I don't understand is why it took 25+ minutes to get a small pizza. What I don't understand is why a employee is going to be talking on a the phone WHILE PRESSING OUT DOUGH. I don't know where his phone has been. Hang up your phone call your at work and WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE TOUCHING FOOD. I then watched both employees keep making food since there screen was full but they could they couldn't hear it. Talking on the phone in the back will have you missing orders. Again I get closing and making bosses happy by being put on time but your customers are still ordering food. Almost a half hour wait for one small pizza was a little ridiculous.

Legitimately worst pizza shop in town. They were too lazy to take out order, took a minute. They didn’t even communicate with words. They even forgot to cut our pizza. Papa Johns used to be amazing. We will never go back here, I absolutely despise leaving reviews like this. I would go back to get it corrected but it’s not worth the spit.

They get my order wrong kind of often, I normally ignore it and just eat it because they never make it right after it was their mistake. I feel like they should at least offer something for their mistake and making me drive all the way back to the store and interrupting my dinner with family. This time I ordered a large sausage and steak and I get pepperoni, so this time it was such a bad mistake and I’m pregnant, I was really irritated.

Pizza was cold and made wrong, and was sent through DoorDash where delivery is free but I was charged. The manager offered to have it remade at said it would be 10 minutes. It came out to $40 for one pizza, couple of sauces and a 20 oz drink. 40 minutes later, the second doordash driver calls saying they told her they have to remake it and it would take 10 minutes. I called the manager asking for a refund, he said it was already voided. Then the DoorDash driver calls, saying they told her I cancelled my order. I understand how the food industry can be as I work in it but that was just ridiculous and the worst experience. 0/10

Horrific experience. Horrible to their workers. The other workers did not wash their hands and they had hair on their breadsticks they were working on. As I worked on the makeline the orders were late and incorrect so I couldn’t even deliver them in a timely fashion. Unsanitary and bad training and disrespect of their associates and customers. How are they still in business? Don’t work here or eat here. They don’t train their associates and reprimand them and the food is not clean.

Terry the manager is very nice and will make things right if something isn't. The pizza is fresh and we love how they put the garlic butter and a pepper in every box. That's nice.
