Pizza was cold and made wrong, and was sent through DoorDash where delivery is free but I was charged. The manager offered to have it remade at said it would be 10 minutes. It came out to $40 for one pizza, couple of sauces and a 20 oz drink. 40 minutes later, the second doordash driver calls saying they told her they have to remake it and it would take 10 minutes. I called the manager asking for a refund, he said it was already voided. Then the DoorDash driver calls, saying they told her I cancelled my order. I understand how the food industry can be as I work in it but that was just ridiculous and the worst experience. 0/10

Horrific experience. Horrible to their workers. The other workers did not wash their hands and they had hair on their breadsticks they were working on. As I worked on the makeline the orders were late and incorrect so I couldn’t even deliver them in a timely fashion. Unsanitary and bad training and disrespect of their associates and customers. How are they still in business? Don’t work here or eat here. They don’t train their associates and reprimand them and the food is not clean.

Had it delivered. Considering they use door dash it would have been cheaper to use door dash and not the actual app. Even though the order is sent visually and not verbally they still messed up my order. I can’t even eat the pizza I requested because they put the wrong sauce on it. To make it worse the dough was undercooked and chewy.

Last time I will ever go. Gor pur pizzas, and they were wrong. They went into the store to get fixed and waited for literally over an hour for pizza that tasted horrible. Like things were not mixed or made correctly. Sad because Papa Johns was always my favorite. Ruined it for me.

Absolutely terrible!!! No pizza!! I called 2 times and no answer , once i was able to speak to the manager she stated they had an employee issues,which I understand. The manager said she would refund me my order and she would be having my pizza out the door in the next ten minutes to be delivered, so with me thinking ok my dinner will be on the way shorty , nope it never showed up !! I gave it an hour after speaking with the manager . I literally had to order dominoes after 2 1/2 hours of waiting for our pizza .

I just HAD TO leave a review for Charles! Very friendly from the time I walked in the door to get my takeout to the time I left. Was only one working for awhile and seemed to have a ton of orders. He was just friendly and productive the entire time! Engaged in conversation while making sure orders were being filled. Even when delivery driver left out for another delivery he was very caring for the driver wishing him a safe delivery and travel! Now THAT is a guy you want taking care of your business!!!!

First off. My delivery was 15 minutes late. I get it, it's busy. But how u gunna send me skimppy azz BREAD KNOTS and not #GARLICKNOTS?!?!?!?!??!?! We sucked it up and ate the knoted up pizza crust and dipped it in the garlic dipping sauce they give u with the pizza. But come on Papa John's. Where's my actual #garlicknots at??????? Not a super disappointment but still disappointed in the fact that the person making the #KNOTSknots neglected to put garlic sauce on them. We'll that's the reason for 2 stars down the board. Start drug testing ur employees. They lagging it behind the counter. My #GARLICKNOTS WERE GARBAGE!!!!!!!!

Twice now an order was dropped at my door and the driver did not knock to acknowledge the delivery. Pizza and cheese sticks are cold. Order said it was dropped off 20 minutes before I checked the door. RIDICULOUS SERVICE. Kids nowadays don’t give a damn about service.
