Twice now an order was dropped at my door and the driver did not knock to acknowledge the delivery. Pizza and cheese sticks are cold. Order said it was dropped off 20 minutes before I checked the door. RIDICULOUS SERVICE. Kids nowadays don’t give a damn about service.

Well the guys were super short staff 3 working the store...they did good to try and stay on top of orders especially when they kept getting orders coming in. Kudos to them on the super cold blast of weather. I will definitely give them another go. The food was hot and good.
my pizza came 45 minutes after i ordered. it was cold, tasted like it had been sitting there for actlease a hour. there were flies on my pizza and green stuff. i'm not impressed at all and very disappointed. poor customer service.

We ordered online and was happy for the subtotal from their specials and then they were quick to make it and text with notification that it was ready for pick up. Everything was accurate and they were very helpful when checking out in the store for carry out. THANK YOU Papa Johns!!!!

Pizza look like you have been sitting for days. It was not warm. the cheese was dried up. I'm sorry to say this was the first time I ever ordered from Papa John's. And I was very disappointed. I will never order from them again. Maybe we need to call Shaq to come check out the Papa John's at Victoria.
