Unsurpassed customer service! My first order online was a little wonky due to a misunderstanding on my behalf. The staff was kind and explained the pick up times and I was able to pick up my order as they had said. Upon returning today to purchase more of the bariatric meals, because my first order was so incredibly delicious, the young lady who had helped me the day prior was looking all over to find my original order. I of course had picked it this morning but her attention to me as a customer really resonated. She helped me pick out a meal for dinner this evening and was very attentive and caring. I'm impressed to say the least. Great food great people great prices. What more can you need?

This is our go to on our way to the coast from Dallas for gluten-free and dairy-free food. We are not vegan, so their prepared meals (beef, chicken, pork or salmon with veggies and rice, pasta and/or quinoa for example) are perfect for us! Also loved the acai bowl! Staff is super friendly and space is very clean.

The egg salad was amazing delicious!! The shrimp tacos were bursting with all kinds of deliciousness!! The kettle corn is the best ever!! I had the Pretty Lemonade and it was the best tasting blend of flavors and ingredients!! I can’t wait to drink the Black Lemonade later this evening. We snacked from the fruit & yogurt snack box and the fruit was crisp and fresh and we loved the yogurt !! The kids grabbed some sweet fish and yummy gummy bears and those were a big hit as well? I’m so glad we made a visit to ParaVida Wellness! We plan on eating here on a regular basis!

I’ve been to Paravida about 5 times and can say with confidence that it is by far the best place to get a healthy meal, especially a healthy vegan one! Definitely read the ingredients well, even on their WFPB items, but know that the flavor is outstanding and consistent! As an added bonus, they have a great selection of vegan specialty groceries as well!
