We have never been let down with our orders. Our food has always been fresh (we usually do carry-out). The value of the box deals are great and are enough for our family.

When I walked in it smells like sewage and the pizza couldn’t even mask the smell, my cup was dirty on the inside with gunk, table was dirty and that we sat at they did not bother to clean them either

Pizza with no sauce is just horrible...if it's a cost savings thing then maybe don't charge so much (over $40) for barely mediocre pizza and subpar wings this experience has turned me off of pizza hut .I would recommend looking into somewhere else the staff was slow with everything and the wings had zero sauce never again

Where to begin. Sympathy for the over worked and under staffed employees. Their system giving one order time and then it actually being ready 20+ minutes later for a pick up order, it’s inconsiderate. All we wanted was a refund, we watched people walk out before ordering. The refund couldn’t even be processed like a normal establishment. I was told I would be refunded the cost of the order minus the tip?! 0⭐️

Very disappointed in the service, second time this happens no one attend us, people went in and out picking up Orders placing etc and any of the employees came to our table. One employee noticed but no luck still waited, so we left. Never again to this location by THE MALL

Food is great, team was great, just walking into the store the first thing you smell is a nasty mildew smell instead of fresh pizza until you get up to the counter.
