We like the pizza but the service has really gone downhill in the past year. They show up 20 min after their delivery date. It takes over an hour to get a pizza. I tipped the driver when I paid for my order on the app and then they didn't even deliver... they pushed it off on door dash. I need to find another pizza place.

He remembered we have dogs and a little one that’s sleeping so he called before he came to tell me he was walking up the driveway. Had a nice little convo with him and off he went! Pizza hut delivered our pizza and we ate nearly half of it till we noticed it was raw.. my 5 year old son got sick and we all felt ill after eating it.. we requested a refund but was denied by the manager.. piss poor cooking of the pizza resulting in me staying up all night with my son because he was sick.. i advise everyone to stay away from this place to avoid going through the nightmare of holding ur kids head up out of the toilet

First off ordered for delivery. Asked for 4 packets of grated cheese, I formed they we $.49 each, for something that I can steal off the table, so no keep it. Asked for a couple plates and napkins, did not get them either. Bill was over $40.00 for a large 2 topping and 18 wings. Pizza was cold, wings were soggy, not impressed. Actually pretty pissed that they wanted to charge me for $1.96 for 4 packets of grated cheese. Last order from a pizza hut for me, what a RIP off

Husband & I staying in a motel for the weekend and placed our order on line. Delivery was fast, delivery guy was friendly and courteous. Order was correct and very good.

Major shout out to Pizza Hut in Victoria TX. We r broke down on the side of the highway and they came and brought us pizza we been here for 6 hours and they came to our rescue and the delivery driver even brought us a pack of cigarettes. Absolutely amazing people. No other food chain would deliver to us but Pizza Hut did it without hesitation!!!! We love you Pizza Hut!!!!! And thank you!

Not enough people working we went to the dinner Buffet it was my husband son niece and two of my sister in laws and 2 nieces and my nephew got there about 6:00 6:30 couldn't get refills on our drinks had to wait in line for refills I think two people took brakes while I was waiting in line they walk past me one was on his phone I got tired of waiting went back to table my sister in law got up and got in line r drinks mostly stayed empty only 3 of us got refills they weren't putting out enough food the buffet pretty much stayed empty people swarmed when food came out when u asked about them putting out more food they said they would put out more shortly we waited till 8:00 8:30 got tired of waiting and left when I paided my bill I asked if we could get a discount for all the trouble no drink refills no food on the buffet waiter apologize for the trouble but said he had to ask the manager the manager said no bad experience the only good thing is kids eat free on Tuesday although they r all under the age of five so they don't eat more than a piece of pizza if that and two r babies who would have eaten free most places

We visited the Pizza Hut next to the Victoria Mall for pizza to go. There was a take out deal for 2 medium pizzas for $6.99 each. We ordered a supreme thin crust and a vegetarian thin crust. The pizzas were good. Not greasy or burnt crust like another local pizza location we had visited. I ordered a beer while we waited for our order to go. There was a sign for $2.50 pints during happy hour. We were there during the happy hour time. When the beer was served, I was charged the regular price. I question the server and was told that computer system could not change it and that other people had complained about it. I paid the full price but suggested that they take down the sign or honor the price. Pizza was good.
